14-day money-back guarantee. If the Tinfile files do not work for your institution, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email support@atesensoftware.com with the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After 14 days
Licences are one-time payments covering 12 months and are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires it.
After a refund
The licence ends with the refund: please remove the key from your browsers and do not use it for further downloads.
